Speed golf, also known as “turbo golf” or “the extreme sport of golf,” is a fast-paced game that combines the challenge of a traditional golf match with the thrill of a marathon race. Unlike traditional golf, speed golf takes a more aggressive approach. Players must finish the course within a certain time limit in order to win. Conditioning for Speed Golf
Like any sport, speed golf requires stamina and physical strength. You must stay fit and maintain endurance if you want to keep up with the pace of the game. Start by running or jogging for 15 minutes each day to build your endurance and get in shape. You can increase the length of your runs each week as you become more comfortable with the activity.
